Business Leaders Live – Winning Tenders and Government Grants in 2021

IF you are keen to win tenders and government grants for your business this year, then it’s time to tune in.

Our live Facebook chat opening up a world of opportunities for your business will be held on Wednesday 12 May and you do not want to miss it.

The Business Leaders Live event will be filmed at Chisholm Frankston Campus from 4pm to 5pm and streamed live to the Invest Frankston Facebook page.

With almost $1 billion projects soon to begin in South East Melbourne in the construction industry alone, this session will provide an overview of opportunities to local businesses including government support options to assist business expansion.

One of Council’s business mentors Ian Cresswell from DNable will interview Deirdre Diamonte from Mia Consulting, Tijana Gibson from Industry Capability Network, Hissan Kazi  from the Department of Jobs, Precincts & Regions and Jack Hayes from AusIndustry.

The industry experts will discuss current grant opportunities for local, state and federal government grants and also provide relevant information for businesses looking to win tenders on major projects.

AusIndustry is the grants and assistance delivery division of the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources.

Business Development Manager Jack Hayes said a range of initiatives are available to businesses.

“AusIndustry provides expertise, connections and grants to help businesses grow, diversify and thrive through a range of initiatives, such as the Entrepreneurs Program, Research and Development Tax Incentive Program and the Modern Manufacturing Initiative,” Mr Hayes said.

The live chat launches Council’s The B.I.G Build, to be held on 10-11 June showcasing almost one billion dollars in the latest exciting new developments coming to the South East region.

Make sure you tune in to get ahead of the pack.
