Shopping in Frankston City isn’t just about the CBD. In fact, Frankston City Council has 26 Local Shopping Strips spread across the City and we want to make sure that each is vibrant, attractive, functional and safe to use.

We are on a mission to improve our local shopping strips such as The Excelsior Drive shopping strip in Frankston North which is set for a revamp thanks to funding from the Victorian Government and Frankston City Council.

The project, will include revitalising the precinct with trees, garden beds and exposed aggregate footpaths.

IF you think improvements like these can be made at your local shopping strip you can have a say on our Draft Local Shopping Strip Action Plan. You can also help us spread the word about the draft plan within your business by putting up a poster in your shop. Feedback is due by Friday 18 December.
